Very clean, the food was good, staff were really friendly & helpful. Shivani Ruby & piya they were so sweet and guided us nicely. Reataurent guy name Mukesh & the driver Rishi their service were superb @ helpful too. We loved staying in double Tree by Hilton and our next visit we will choose the same hotel.

Overall the facility, comfort, and services were very good Rahul, Pawan in dining were very accommodating. Thank you both. Thank you Monu in house keeping to keep the room nice and clean . Thank you to the reception staff regards helping me to find delayed luggage from Vistara Airlines.

The staff were really positive, warm and helpful. The facilities like the Gym and Massage were really good. I loved the services of Petal and the 2nd staff both were very skilled! Shivani was very proactive and helpful and made our stay extra special! The Hilton cookie was delicious and we were welcomed with a warm cookie as we checked in early morning. The breakfast is truly a wide array of delicacies and the staff are very caring. This was my first stay in this property and I truly enjoyed the experience altogether! I will definitely return again next year

Had a great experience every-time and this was again an amazing one. This time it was very important for it to go well as it was a birthday party for my sister and family/friends gathering. When I entered @shivani the lobby manager welcomed saying "welcome back again and everything has been taken care of” Like everyone else I was overwhelmed to know she remembered me from my last visit. This for sure would make me visit more 😍 The food was ok but the service was good..KGF festival was also nice and decoration was awesome. I for sure would recommend it to everyone ❣️ ~ Mayanka

This is a recommended stay in NCR, while the location is some distance away from the airport but the rooms & services make up for it. The staff were nice and were able to accommodate an early check in, the breakfast spread is amazing with tons of options. Rooms were spacious and there's round the clock room service and laundry options. Staff were very nice, and the overall experience was very good.

The service and attitude of every single staff member of the hotel is good. The service is over my expectations. I enjoy my stay in this hotel. They will respond to my request very quickly and solve the problem timely. Housekeeping: The housekeeping team really surprise me with careful observations, Thanks for Pankaj for taking care of my room hygiene during my stay. The creativity and handwriting card is stunning, making swan with towel and flower petals. Giving extra tissue at bedside without any special request. Hanging clothes from laundry, etc, making i feel like being home. Restaurant: The staff are kind, making sure all the foods and drinks are in a perfect manner. Making customised orders for guests. Remember my preference, like the egg counter. The fried egg is delicious. Ms. Anita & Mr Saurav greet us every day in the morning. Treat us with delicious cake and take photos for us on the last day of our stay. Gym: There is a trainer in the gymroom, making sure you have the correct posure during your gym. Helping me to set the gym equipment in accordance with my body.
